Kentucky Workers Comp: Goldman not a "university physician"

Kentucky Injury Lawyers take note:

In a decision that could have far reaching impact in the way workers comp "insurance" medical examinations are carried out, the Kentucky Supreme Court ruled that "KRS 342.315 does not authorize the university medical schools to subcontract with private physicians to perform evaluations." They went on to hold Dr. Martyn Goldman's reports inadmissable.

Congratulations to Dan Wolff for getting some good law on the books for injured workers!
